Activity overview
This guided yoga and mindfulness session is designed to help participants slow down, reset and reconnect. Through gentle movement, breathing techniques and guided mindfulness, the session supports stress reduction, mental clarity and overall wellbeing in a calm, inclusive environment.
Led by experienced facilitators from The Guru Ram Das Project, the activity is fully accessible and suitable for all abilities, with no prior yoga experience required. Sessions can be adapted to suit different group sizes, energy levels and workplace settings, making them ideal for wellbeing days, team away days or community-focused initiatives.
Participants will leave feeling more relaxed, grounded and focused, with practical tools they can continue to use beyond the session. The experience encourages balance, resilience and presence—helping teams return to work feeling refreshed and re-energised.
