Apogee Concierge is a fully managed service that takes ownership of planning, sourcing and coordinating your workplace initiatives — removing the operational burden from your team.

You’ll have a dedicated account manager who proactively identifies suitable initiatives, manages supplier relationships and ensures everything runs smoothly from booking through to delivery — so your team can focus on strategy, not coordination.

All activity is still delivered through the Apogee platform, with Concierge acting as the layer that ensures everything is planned, managed and executed effectively.

Apogee operates on a subscription basis, giving you access to the marketplace and booking tools. You can pay for a full year, or pay monthly on a rolling basis. You can choose the plan that best fits your team’s needs, with optional add-ons available for additional support.

All plans give you access to vetted providers, structured listings and a streamlined booking process. Higher tiers offer increased support, flexibility and additional features to help you manage initiatives more efficiently.

Your subscription covers access to the platform and the included features. You will book your session with the vendor based on their session pricing - which is clearly listed by each provider. Optional add-ons, such as Intelligence or Concierge support, are priced separately.
