Activity overview
This entrepreneur masterclass is a practical, no-nonsense session designed for founders, leaders, and aspiring entrepreneurs who want a realistic view of building, growing, and reshaping a business. Led by a founder who has launched, scaled, pivoted, and closed multiple ventures, the session goes beyond theory to focus on what actually happens when you build products, sell ideas, and make decisions under pressure.
The masterclass covers real-world topics including validating ideas, choosing the right business model, selling before building, navigating failure, managing momentum, and balancing ambition with sustainability. Drawing on experience across tech, marketplaces, subscriptions, ticketing, and community-led products, the session is grounded in lived experience rather than generic frameworks.
Highly interactive and tailored to the group, the session encourages open discussion, honest questions, and practical takeaways that participants can apply immediately — whether they’re launching something new, stuck at a crossroads, or looking to level up their commercial thinking.
