Our hosted escape room sessions are designed to bring teams together through shared challenge, collaboration and genuine connection, all within a flexible, well-hosted environment. From the moment guests arrive, they’re welcomed by our team into a private space that can be used for meetings, training sessions or presentations before the experience begins. This allows businesses to combine focused work time with a rewarding team activity in one seamless session.
Following any meetings or training, teams transition into one of our immersive escape room experiences, where communication, problem-solving and creative thinking naturally come to the fore. The games are designed to be inclusive and accessible, encouraging participation from all personality types and skillsets. Whether guests are confident leaders or quieter thinkers, everyone has a meaningful role to play and shares in the success.
What sets our sessions apart is the focus on the full journey, not just the game itself. Groups have time to arrive, settle in and work together beforehand, then fully engage in the escape room challenge, and finally decompress and socialize afterwards — often over drinks or food. These moments before and after the game are where conversations flow, barriers drop and shared experiences turn into lasting team bonds.
Our escape room sessions work equally well as team-building activities, training day add-ons, rewards, onboarding experiences or team socials. Agenda
Arrival & Welcome
Participants are greeted by our hosting team and welcomed into a private space. This time allows groups to settle in, grab refreshments and get comfortable in the environment.
Meeting / Training Session (Optional)
The private space can be used for meetings, training, presentations or workshops before the activity begins, allowing teams to combine focused work time with a rewarding shared experience.
Briefing & Game Introduction
Teams are introduced to the escape room experience, with a clear, friendly briefing that explains the objectives, rules and safety information, helping everyone feel confident and ready to take part
Escape Room Experience
Teams take part in the immersive escape room challenge, working together to solve puzzles, communicate effectively and achieve a shared goal within the time limit.
Post-Game Decompression & Social Time
After the game, participants have time to relax, chat and reflect on the experience. This stage often includes drinks or food and is where conversation flows and connections are strengthened.
Certificate Presentation & Recognition
Teams are brought together for a short certificate presentation to recognise participation and achievements, creating a positive sense of closure and shared accomplishment.
Discount Vouchers & Session Close
Participants receive discount vouchers for future visits, encouraging continued engagement beyond the session. The experience concludes in a relaxed and uplifting way, with teams leaving feeling energised and connected.
