Inspiring Women will work with clients to develop bespoke programmes that will address organisational and individual mindset challenges with specific focus on female leadership. Inspiring Women can facilitate female employee analysis of their own leadership status or potential and highlight any potential barriers that cna be addressed in a follow up programme.. Inspiring Women will work with the client and any delegates to create a bespoke programme to support the development of aspiring leaders or growth of current leaders. This can include a series of group workshops and discussions and ongoing 1:1 coaching.
