Office Yoga , Mindfulness and Guided Meditation, Massage , Reflexology. With expertise and experience in this field we will work with you and suggest and help you with what is required whether or not it is for a particular day , event or a monthly , bi - monthly or quartely basis for your employees. We can accomodate your requirements in the best way possible.
