“We asked Mikayla to run a session focusing on confidence for our cohort of apprentices. Each person had asked to focus on a specific area and Mikayla designed a bespoke session for the group, ensuring she covered each point. A lot of the success was due to Mikayla taking the time before the session to understand what was required and why. The group found the combination of discussion-based exercises and practical tips worked well. They have all fed back that they found the session beneficial and their confidence has continued to improve. Mikayla is very personable and I believe sharing some of her own story and personal reflections helped set the group at ease.
