Activity overview

What is the secret to thriving in a fast workplace? Slow down! Intentional slowness makes us more productive, more engaged, more motivated and better able to collaborate, innovate, solve problems and hit deadlines. This session will show you how to:

  •  Use technology to supercharge performance without becoming an exhausting distraction

  • Carve out moments and spaces to slip into the 'slow thinking' mode that drives creativity

  • Give staff enough control over their schedules and workflow so they can deliver at peak level

  • Foster a culture of 'slow listening', which builds esprit de corps and drives collaboration, innovation, leadership and learning

  • Encourage leaders to step back from the daily rush to join the dots and think clearly and strategically 6. Nurture an environment that boost well-being and helps everyone find purpose and meaning in their work
