Introduction to the Seminar:
What has happened to modern men? So many are unfit, unhealthy, unfulfilled, and unhappy. One could argue that men have lost their way. Getting back on track is not too difficult when you know how. This seminar shines a light on a tried and tested strategy for returning men to the seat of their own personal power.
The Aim of the Seminar:
To educate, inspire and empower your men to gain mastery over their own physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. The results will include reduced disease risk, better relationships, higher personal productivity and satisfaction, and an enhanced capacity to be a positive influence in the community.

Agenda
Part 1 (45 min) looks at the body, what makes it healthy and why it becomes unhealthy. We explore what is required to turn things around. We look at the role of the microbiome, the impact of inflammation and how to reduce it, the roles of sleep, hydration, clean eating and exercise, and how small changes bring huge results
Part 2 (45 min) deals with attention and what happens when it is not directed. We explore how a lack of inspiration and poor discipline can lead one down dark paths. Amazing tips for getting attention onto good things can change everything in a heartbeat. It is a special experience
Finally, what is it that has a man live more from his heart than from his head? This is the secret sauce to living an inspired and rich life. Every profession or vocation, when aligned with a greater sense of purpose, brings new joys, deep satisfaction, and personal fulfillment.
