Apogee is a platform that helps mid-sized corporations assess their current employee engagement, wellbeing and inclusion activity and book vetted providers through a B2B marketplace. You can discover, compare and book a mix of service providers to deliver wellbeing initiatives, employee engagement programmes and community awareness days.
Apogee is primarily for mid-sized organisations (250-1000 employees) however can work with larger or smaller companies.
It's designed for HR teams, People Culture leads, Office Managers, Operations teams, CSR/ESG leads and Internal Communications teams who are responsible for planning employee initiatives but want a simpler, more structured way to do it.
Apogee solves the most common friction points in workplace initiative planning: deciding what to do, finding relevant suppliers, comparing options consistently, reducing admin and maximising team engagement.
Apogee supports initiatives across a range of areas, primarily focused on wellbeing, employee engagement and community awareness.
Wellbeing: mental health & resilience, physical wellbeing, financial wellbeing
Employee engagement: team building & social events, learning & development, recognition & reward
Community awareness days: EDI & inclusion initiatives, awareness days & campaigns
We offer a range of service providers that can help you deliver these initiatives.
Unlike a generic directory, Apogee is built specifically for corporate employee initiatives. It focuses on helping you assess your current position, move towards achieving relevant workplace outcomes, provide vetted suppliers and minimise admin - all in a structured way.
While tools like Google and LinkedIn can help you find providers, they often lead to a fragmented, time-consuming process — with lots of searching, comparing, emailing and uncertainty around quality.
Apogee streamlines this entirely. Every provider on the platform is pre-vetted and experienced in delivering corporate initiatives, so you can confidently choose options that are relevant, reliable and aligned with your goals.
The diagnostic element helps you assess your current initiatives to identify areas that could be strengthened, and the built in marketing resources help increase team engagement and attendance at events.
Overall, the platform aims to minimise workload and admin whereas Google and LinkedIn create more work and fragmented processes.
Apogee supports both one-off bookings and a more strategic, year-round approach to employee initiatives, helping teams move from reactive planning to a more consistent programme of activity.
Yes. Apogee is well suited to organisations with hybrid, distributed or remote teams because many workplace initiatives can be sourced in formats that work across locations. Exact supplier format availability varies by listing.
How Apogee Works
Find out how Apogee works, how to find the right supplier, and how the platform helps you plan and deliver workplace initiatives more efficiently.
Apogee gives organisations access to a curated supplier marketplace where they can identify a relevant initiative, explore suitable providers, compare options and make bookings through a more streamlined process.
Once booked, you'll be provided with booking links, marketing materials and other resources to help promote your initiative.
With the 'diagnostics package' you'll also receive access to our AI-driven diagnostics tool which will help assess your current initiatives, and then recommend providers that can help strengthen those areas.
You can browse the marketplace based on the type of initiative you want to run, overall goal, budget requirements and more. You can then review supplier information to understand fit, format and relevance before making a booking request.
Apogee uses a standardised listing method, making comparing providers easy.
We've designed the booking process so that it removes unnecessary back-and-forth but still gives the client and the service provider the opportunity to design a session that works for both parties.
Exact booking mechanics may vary by supplier but usually involves submitting a 'booking request' form which the vendor can quickly sign off.
Yes. Apogee supports a more structured approach to employee engagement, wellbeing and social impact planning, rather than limiting teams to last-minute, ad hoc bookings.
Supplier profiles are intended to make evaluation easier by presenting relevant information in a clearer, more comparable format than traditional email-based sourcing.
Fields include an overview of their session, a breakdown of the agenda, locations covered, previous clients and awards and other useful sections to help make deciding easy..
Apogee is positioned as more than a booking tool. Its value includes helping organisations diagnose where initiatives could support culture, engagement, wellbeing and community impact.

Booking and Logistics
Learn how bookings are handled through Apogee, from submitting an enquiry to confirming details, scheduling sessions and managing logistics with your chosen suppliers.
Organisations can explore supplier listings and review profiles. At the point that they decide to book the provider, they can submit a 'booking request' form. This gets reviewed by the Apogee team and is then passed to the service provider who reviews and approves the request - usually within one working day.
We designed the booking process so that it removes unnecessary back-and-forth but still gives the client and the service provider the opportunity to define a session that works for both parties.
Lead times vary depending on the type of activity and supplier availability. Some sessions can be arranged quickly, while others may require more planning.

Trust and Quality
Find out how Apogee vets suppliers, maintains standards and supports you in running safe, reliable and high‑quality initiatives for your organisation.
Every provider on Apogee is required to meet our core verification standards:
- Identity and business verification (website, trading presence)
- Relevant experience and track record
- Clear service offering and delivery capability
- Professional communication and responsiveness
But, beyond this:
- Each vendor is manually reviewed by a trained member of the Apogee team
- Where possible, we try to experience one of their workshops either in person or through a pre-recorded video.
- Where this is not feasible, we have reviewed the websites, LinkedIn profile, past clients, session agendas and more.
These checks help us guarantee that they meet our standards.
Vetting reduces the risk of unsuitable providers and helps HR teams feel confident they are booking credible suppliers.
